چکیده

The content of biologically active substances and antioxidant activity in leaves inflorescences three species from the tribe Cynareae Asteraceae family: Centaurea cyanus,Centaurea macrocephala, Rhaponticum carthamoides, grown under conditions Central Siberian Botanical Garden introduction was studied. It determined that contain flavonols, catechins, tannins, carotenoids, pectin substances. highest level tannins (up to 27.7%) flavonols 4.93 %) found plants R. carthamoides. High catechins 140.2 mg%) C. macrocephala. Carotenoids are mainly accumulated carthamoides (51.73 macrocephala (11.86 mg%). pectins noted cyanus (1.7% 2.6%), protopectins - 10.54 %). (0.72 мг/г) anti-radical (IC50=0.58–0.77 were recorded for water-ethanol extracts Water-ethanol exhibited low antiradical (IC50=4.43–8.13 mg/g).

Influence of Natural Sources of Biologically Active Substances on Livestock and Poultry Reproduction

Synthetic hormones and bioactive substances (vitamins, pigments and isoflavons) which have been used in the feed industry are accumulated in milk, meat and eggs. It is suspected that these are responsible for a number of side-effects such as carcinogenesis, liver and kidney damage, allergies in consumers. Furthermore the synthetic hormones, vitamins, pigments are less active than those extracte...
